WHAT WE WARRANT

All workmanship carried out by Automotive Fleet Services is warranted for a period of 12 months or 20,000km which ever occurs first.

All parts supplied by Automotive Fleet Services are warranted for minimum period of 6 months or 10,000km which ever occurs first. Unless stated otherwise by the parts manufacturer which will be noted on the customers invoice.

WE DO NOT WARRANT

Automotive Fleet Services will not be responsible for consequential loss of income or damage in which may occur.

Automotive Fleet Services will not recognise any warranty claim where any failure or defect is caused by:
i) Insufficient or incorrect oil and/or lubricants
ii) Overheating or vehicle driven without coolant in cooling system.
iii) Misuse and abuse, overloading, accidents or negligence
iv) Failure to carry out proper maintenance
v) Unauthorised repairs, alterations or dismantling
Note: In the event of any preliminary signs of malfunction, it is the owner’s responsibility to cease operation and to report the problem to Automotive Fleet Services. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in more serious consequential damage and void any warranty entitlement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oils and lubricants must be kept at the correct levels and checked regularly.
2. Retain your original invoice for warranty claims.
3. No unauthorised repairs or dismantling of any components are to be carried out unless prior arrangements have been made with Automotive Fleet Services.
4. Any labour charges will not be met unless prior arrangements have been made with Automotive Fleet Services.

IF YOU WISH TO CLAIM UNDER WARRANTY

1. Ring and advise Automotive Fleet Services as soon as possible.
2. Have your invoice, vehicle rego number, current speedo reading present.
3. Do not try and undergo any repairs unless you have made prior arrangements with Automotive Fleet Services.
4. Freight must be prepaid by customer or Automotive Fleet Services will not accept delivery, unless prior arrangements have been made.
